Reiki

What is Reiki ? Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a very simple but powerful technique. The intention for Reiki is to heal mind, body, and soul. Reiki is a word made by combining the words “Rei” and “Ki”. “Rei” meaning universal, and “Ki” meaning life force energy. Simply put, Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a type of Energy healing.

Mikao Usui (臼井甕男) was the father of Reiki. Reiki was used as an alternative therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional, and mental diseases by becoming attuned to Reiki and directing it to the person in need of the Reiki Energy. Reiki Courses & attunements soon to be announced. I am currently scheduling appointments for Reiki Sessions, both in-person and distance sessions.

Breath Work

Breathwork involves consciously and mindfully changing your breathing patterns to improve relaxation. Breathwork can also be a spiritual practice which can allow you to move beyond your mind and body and help you connect to your inner self. Many people who practice breathwork experience spiritual awakenings and the ultimate state of mediation and relaxation.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety, for stress, and more.

Self-Care

A well-curated self-care plan enhances your overall well-being. Imagine your self-care in 3 key dimensions of well-being: Mind (mental/psychological), body (physical), and spirit (spiritual/emotional essence)

Journaling

The act of recording something habitually, on a daily basis, is journaling. The most common form (at least in the media), is keeping a diary—a small book that’s intensely private, containing all of your deepest thoughts, feelings, hopes, and fears.
